We can handle small to medium size domestic projects for landlords and much larger commercial ones, for example in private schools.
Airbnb
In the last few years, we have also noticed a huge growth in the Airbnb market. Guests sometimes stay for just a few days but each new arrival rightfully expects their holiday let to be in tip-top condition. Property owners won’t necessarily have the time, inclination, energy or expertise to check that everything is as it should be. This is where Move-onup can help. We will first investigate and address any problems raised by the outgoing tenants. At the same time, we will go through an extensive checklist to make sure any minor damage is speedily repaired.
Two other services that we can provide are (a) emergency repairs. This is where the Airbnb tenant has an urgent problem with the property. At the other end of the spectrum, we offer (b) 3-monthly, 6-monthly and annual makeovers. This is where we would completely redecorate an entire room or perhaps several rooms.
Geographical Areas Covered
Our main target areas were initially Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead and Highgate.
However, over the last 10 years or so, we have gradually expanded geographically. Starting mainly in North and North West London, we now also regularly work in Acton, Chiswick, Ealing, Fulham and Kew.
Should the need arise, with notice, our guys can easily cover properties throughout the whole of Greater London.

We have used Move-OnUp 4 times now and on each occasion, Dougal (the boss) turned up in person, just before the arranged time. He has done all sorts of jobs for us including tidying up our garden, mowing the lawn, pruning trees & weeding flower beds. He has fixed and painted our fences (front and back) and indoors he has repaired or replaced some broken ceiling tiles. Dougal is a very friendly “can-do” sort of guy. He is extremely hard-working and uncomplaining and charges a very fair rate, compared to other firms we have used previously.
